2. Who had the idea that we should have rights?
3. Why do we need rights because I know why we need rules? ( without rules there would be chaos)

6. How many rights are there?
7. Who makes the rights and decides which are important?
Mostly the parliament decides on rights ,but when the argue is to big ,the people (over 18 years old)decide whith a vote.
